The Wild & Becoming Story

Welcome to Wild & Becoming, a space for the beautifully chaotic, the endlessly curious, and the ever-evolving. I refuse to fit into just one box—because life is too wild, too rich, and too full of possibility for that. Here, you’ll find stories of motherhood, creativity, learning, and the everyday messiness that makes life worth embracing. Join me as I explore, create, and grow—loving both the ‘being’ and the ‘becoming’ every step of the way.

The Face Behind W&B

Who am I?

I’m Libby, the woman behind Wild & Becoming — a space that lives somewhere between the chaos of now and the unfolding of who we’re yet to become.

I’m a mother, a writer, a creative soul, and someone who’s always been in love with questions — the kind you can’t Google. The kind that unfold slowly. The kind that change as we do.

For years, I tried to “pick a lane.” Was I a parenting blogger? A creative? A writer? A teacher? The truth is: I’m all of those things. And none of them completely. I used to feel like I had to choose one identity and stick to it, but now I know that the truest thing I can be is in-process.

Wild & Becoming began as a quiet rebellion against that pressure to narrow myself. It’s a place where I get to explore the fullness of life — the present moment, the messy middle, the parts of us still forming. It’s where I reflect, make, write, and wonder out loud. It’s also where I hope you’ll feel at home in your own becoming.

I write from a little white house filled with little feet, books in piles, unfinished sewing projects, wildflowers in jam jars, and a whole lot of love. My days are full — of parenting, of trying (and failing) to be present, of getting it wrong and growing anyway.

This blog is part journal, part resource, and part celebration of the wild, beautiful in-between.

I’m so glad you’re here.
